Age and shoe math trick

You can deceive your friends with the little trick and you can use it to find out your Friend's age. 

Below are the steps to follow:

1. ask him/her to multiply his/her age by 5 and add 0 to the back of his/her answer. E.g:

   17years × 5 = 85

Then you attach  0 to 85 from the right

   =850

2. Ask him/her  to add to today's data e.g 20th + 850 (I will advice you say the date out loud to your volunteer in order to make sure he/she adds the right date)

3. Ask him/her to multiply his/her answer by 2 e.g:

  2 × 870 = 1740

4. Ask him/her to add his/her shoe size and subtract twice the today's date e.g:

(Let's say the shoe size is 44)

Then:

  1740+44=1784

Then:

  1784-2(20)=1744.

5. Ask him/her to tell you the final answer.

(Trick:

The last two numbers in the back of the number said to you is the shoe size e.g:

1744, the age will be 17 and the shoe size will be 44 respectively)
